What lead up to the beginning of "Wise Crow" was I started downsizing my own home. I was surprised at how fast and easy I was able to do this, and had fun doing so. I then started liquidating things for my friends, which lead into buying and selling, and then eventually lead to storefront space. I decided to take it one step further, and make a full time business out of something I was good at, and loved doing.

I have also had a passion for working with people, especially seniors. I knew eventually I would work with seniors in some aspect, I just did not know in what way. Then it clicked. I could help baby boomers and seniors (and everyone in-between) with moving, downsizing, and selling. I had found the best of both worlds.

​​My professional background and education is in Social Work, and spent 15 years in the field. I have worked with many demographics during my professional career; grief and loss often being a factor with many.

​

I also worked for a moving company, as well as a cleaning company when I was much younger. Valuable transferrable skills were learned, such as proper packing and cleaning procedures, attention to detail, prioritizing, and time management. 

​

Staging and organizing comes naturally to me, and I love doing this as well. I have helped many people make their homes more functional and comfortable.​
